Interview with Yogini Hufendiek

What was/is your favorite restaurant in Berlin/Brandenburg?
My favourite restaurant is Papaye in Kantstraße.
What are your favorite farms around Berlin?
My favourite farm is Gärtnerei an den Heiligen Pfühlen (Karolinenhof).
What is your favorite world food?
If I’m in a hurry, I would say pasta aglio olio e peperoncino. Otherwise I really like hearty stews of all kinds with seasonal vegetables and pulses.
What is your indulgence (or little weakness) when it comes to food?
I love fried food.
