New Intern _DE
Hello everybody my name is Tobias BLIVET and i’m one of the new interns in the Benoo team. I’m currently studying business management at 19 years old in Audencia business school, situated in Nantes.
Why choose Benoo for my Internship?
Well, as far as I’m concerned I was always interested in being greener in my diet but never knew where & how to start. That’s where Benoo struck my attention : proposing one easy to cook recipe with unknown local ingredients was a perfect beginning. Considering the fact that I live in an apartment with a friend that has his mom always preparing a basket full of bio vegetables but never knew how to cook them. Like how are you supposed to cook an aubergine when the only thing that you can prepare is pasta !
But thanks to this internship, I started to discover new foodstuffs, for example from last week’s recipe I acquired the knowledge of what a black garlic is and how to cook it.
In addition, I learned more about the different ways to avoid waste & be more respectful to our beloved planet. It can be in the packaging, customers that are returning the bag in order to reuse them. In recycling your food scraps by making more recipes with them, and plenty of things that are stunning and very useful to know for the future.
I’m very happy to be part of the team and wishing every Benoo customers to have a good time when they cook our Benoobox just as much as we are preparing them.
