Vegetable rolls

Ingredients

At home: Potatoes, Beans, Carrots, Onion, Ginger, Cumin powder, Garam masala powder, Soy sauce, Salt, Water, Flour, Oil

Preparation

Total cooking time (incl. resting time): 1.30 hrs

What’s needed in the kitchen: pan, pots, cutting board, pan lifter, knife, peeler, grater, pan lifter, cutting board, knife, peeler, small pot, bowls, roller

 

Step 1: The vegetable rolls

Peel the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. Then lightly steamed for 10 minutes so that it is not overcooked.
Boil the water. pour the carrots in it, boil, for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes add the other vegetables. Boil them for five more minutes.
pour everything in a hole bowl to remove the water.

Take a pan on medium heat. pour 1tbsp oil. add chopped onion, mashed ginger, cumin powder, garam masala and salt. Cook them for two minutes, Add water, soy sauce and boiled vegetables.
Cook them for ten minutes with a lid.

 

Step 2: The roll sheet

Mix the flour with salt and normal water, make a tough dough. Apply 1tsp of oil on it and
keep it to rest for 15-20 minutes.
Then make little balls roll them lightly. Apply oil on them properly then pour flour on oil and rub so that oil could vanish.
make two like this and set one on the other’s top. Then roll it slowly, at the same time make sure it is thin on all the sides.
Then fry it lightly. So that these two sheets can separate.
make the other two sheets the same way.
When it is done cut them if it needs,
Now it’s time to roll up. Take one sheet, pure cooked vegetables in the middle of the sheet like a line. roll up the sheet and close from all the way so that oil can not enter in the roll.
make other rolls in the same way.
take a pan on medium heat. pour the rest of oil to fry rolls. When oil is hot, pour four rolls in it. Fry it on medium heat until it is not brown.
